Shipping and Delivery
Product delivery details:
- Delivery within Riyadh: 1-2 working days for 20.7 riyals including tax.
- Delivery to Al Khobar city: 1-3 working days for 20.7 riyals including tax.
- Delivery to Buraidah city: 1-2 working days for 20.7 riyals including tax.
- Shipping within the Kingdom: 2-5 working days for 25 riyals including tax.
- Pick-up from Redbox lockers: 1-5 business days for 16.1 including tax
- Pick-up from branches: 1-2 business days (Riyadh and Buraidah branches), 1-3 business days (Al-Khobar branch) for 5 riyals including tax
- Free delivery for orders over 499 riyals. Free delivery does not include some products.
- If the customer cannot be reached at the scheduled time, Cube bears no responsibility for any delay in the shipment.
- A fee of 5 riyals per day will be charged as a storage fee for any order not collected by the customer after one month from the order date.
- Cube is not responsible if the customer's registered data is incorrect.
- Our policy is subject to change without notice. Cube reserves the right to modify policies without prior notice to the customer at any time.
- Mokaab collaborates with local shipping companies, and responsibility for the shipment transfers from Mokaab to the shipping company after the order leaves the company.
- If the order is not received by the customer, the customer will be responsible for paying the delivery or shipping costs.
- If the customer wishes to cancel the order after the order has been shipped, the shipping cost will be deducted.
